Bookings
- How do I book? Search for the service, choose the dates and number of people, click Book now and follow the checkout steps.
- Where can I see my bookings? Log in to your account and open Booking history.
- Will I get a confirmation? Yes. We send an email with the details right after booking and whenever the status changes.
Payments
- Which methods do you accept? The available methods are shown at checkout for each booking.
- Which currency do I pay in? Prices are shown in Kwanzas (Kz), unless the listing says otherwise.
Changes and cancellations
- Each service has its own cancellation policy, shown in the listing. See also our Cancellation policies and Guest refund.
Account
- I forgot my password. Click Log in, then Forgot your password? to receive a reset link.
- How do I change my details? In your account, open My profile.
