These terms govern the use of the Mbanji website (konekta.ao), operated by BTouch, based in Luanda, Angola. By using the website or making a booking, you accept these terms.
2. Mbanji's role
Mbanji is a platform that connects customers with partners providing tourism services (hotels, apartments, tours, experiences, events, vehicles, transfers, flights and visas). The booked service is provided by the partner named in the listing, who is responsible for its delivery and quality.
3. User account
You may need an account to book. You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Bookings and prices
- Prices, conditions and availability are set by partners and shown in the listing.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.
- Any extra fees are shown before you complete the booking.
5. Payments
Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. Some services may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and refunds
The listing's cancellation policy applies, together with our Cancellation policies and Guest refund rules.
7. Customer obligations
- Follow the partner's rules (schedules, maximum occupancy, house or venue rules).
- Be liable for any damage you cause during the service.
- Do not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
8. Partners
Partners undertake to publish accurate information, keep availability up to date and deliver the booked service under the advertised conditions.
9. Reviews
Reviews must reflect real experiences. We may remove false, offensive or illegal content.
10. Liability
Mbanji is not liable for the delivery of the service provided by the partner, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by Angolan law.
11. Intellectual property
The brand, design and content of the website belong to BTouch or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Angola. Disputes are settled by the courts of the district of Luanda.
