BTouch, based in Luanda, Angola, is responsible for the personal data collected through the Mbanji website (konekta.ao). Contact: info@btouch.ao.
2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact: first name, last name, email, phone and address.
- Bookings: services booked, dates, number of people, special requests and history.
- Payments: data needed to process payment. Card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by Mbanji.
- Account: login credentials, preferences and favourites.
- Browsing: IP address, device type, pages visited and cookies.
- Partners: company details, verification documents and bank details for payouts.
3. How we use the data
- Create and manage your account.
- Process bookings and payments and send confirmations.
- Share with the partner the data needed to deliver the booked service.
- Provide customer support.
- Send news and offers, if you agree.
- Prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- Improve the website and our services.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform the booking contract, with your consent, to meet legal obligations and in our legitimate interest in protecting and improving the platform, under Law no. 22/11 of 17 June, the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Angola.
5. Data sharing
We only share data with:
- The partner delivering the booked service.
- Payment, web hosting, email and SMS providers working on our behalf.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent to marketing. Send your request to info@btouch.ao. You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Agency (APD).
